FAQ

What is Green Flag Theory?
A series of short videos for guys. Each one takes a common red-flag belief about dating, sex or relationships and flips it into the green-flag version, in under ten seconds. New videos come out every day on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
Who is it for?
Guys, mostly 18 to 34, who want to get dating and relationships right without a lecture.
What is a green flag?
A sign that someone is safe, respectful and good to be around. It is the opposite of a red flag, a warning sign.
What does consent mean in these videos?
A clear yes, given freely and soberly, that can be taken back at any moment. Silence is not a yes, pressure is not a yes, and a yes last time does not count for this time. Asking is a normal part of sex, not a mood killer.
Is the voice in the videos AI?
Yes. The voice-over is generated with AI, and every video is labelled as AI-made on the platform where it is posted.
Where can I watch?
On YouTube Shorts (@GreenFlagTheory), TikTok (@greenflagtheory) and Instagram (@greenflagtheory2026).
